What's your best holiday memory?

It's hard to think of just one, but a few years ago when we got a lot of snow, a bunch of us went sledding down a steep path in the snow with a thermos of hot buttered rum.  That's a pretty good memory.

Favorite holiday movie?

Elf...just thinking about that burp scene cracks me up.

What's the best present you've ever given?

I think it might be the one I'm giving my husband this year– but it's still a secret until he opens it!

Holiday shopping: Get it done early or last minute?

I love it!  I usually start around now, in November.  I like finding gifts for people that I think they'd love but wouldn't buy for themselves.

What present are you hoping for this year?

I'm hoping for a silver Confetti System piñata, but I think it's a gift I'll have to get for myself.  

Favorite holiday tradition?

White lights in the trees at night.

Most annoying holiday song?

Mostly I just don't like the general overkill that happens in December– it makes even the good songs annoying.

Best New Years kiss?

Ever year's kiss from my husband is my favorite!

Favorite things about the holidays?

Latkes and applesauce, getting together with family and friends and bundling up in lots of layers.
